We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA across this site. This is an ongoing target, not a claim that every page already meets it -- we fix issues as we find them.
Every event page lists accessibility notes set by its own promoter (step-free access, ID policy, and similar) where the promoter has provided them, and a "Contact the promoter" link for questions about that specific venue or event.
If you hit an accessibility barrier using this site itself -- not a specific venue -- email support@eventidetech.co.uk with the page and a description of the problem, and we'll look into it.
