Alpha Tickets ("we", "us") is a trading name of Eventide Technologies Limited. This explains what we collect, why, and your rights over it.

What we collect

To buy a ticket: name, email, phone number, and — for 18+ events — date of birth. Billing postcode/address via the payment form. Marketing, WhatsApp, and SMS consent choices (each separate, each off by default).
Automatically at checkout: device type, browser, referring page, UTM campaign parameters, which brand site you came from, and an approximate location from your IP address.
Cookies: strictly necessary cookies to run checkout and keep you signed in (no consent needed); optional cookies for ad measurement, only set if you accept them in the cookie banner.
If you subscribe to our newsletter: your email, and any genre/brand/location/frequency preferences you choose to share.
If you register promoter interest: your name, company, email, and anything you tell us in the form.
At the door: a record that your ticket was scanned (time, device) — not shared publicly, used to confirm attendance.

What we don't do

We never sell your data.
Ad pixels (Meta, Google, TikTok) never fire unless you've actively accepted marketing cookies in the banner.
Promotional SMS or WhatsApp messages only go out if you've explicitly opted in — separately from general marketing.

Who we share it with

Stripe processes payments (they see what any card payment requires — never your full card number, which goes straight to Stripe's own servers). Resend delivers our emails. We don't share buyer data with other promoters or third-party ticketing platforms.

How long we keep it

If you haven't been to an event with us in 24 months and don't hold an account, we anonymise your personal details automatically — order and financial records stay (we're legally required to keep those for tax/accounting purposes), but they're no longer linked to you personally.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it, at any time. Contact us and we'll action it — erasure follows the same anonymisation approach as automatic retention above, for the same accounting-record reasons. If you subscribe to our newsletter, you can update your preferences or unsubscribe from the link in any email, or from our homepage signup form's confirmation.

Where your data lives

Our database is hosted in the EU. Data stays inside the UK/EU regulatory area.
