Legal

Tazzo is a trading name of Eventide Technologies Limited, registered in England and Wales, company no. 17409328, Lynton House, 7-12 Tavistock Square, London WC1H 9BQ.

Refunds

Most events: Refund only if the event is cancelled or postponed. No refund otherwise. Booking fee is non-refundable.

Some events are marked no-refund at booking: No refunds are available for this event.

Waiting list

An offer from the waiting list is a time-limited reservation. A place not paid for within the stated window is released to the next person on the list with no further notice. Joining the waiting list does not guarantee an offer will be made. Offers are non-transferable.

Referral rewards

  1. When you buy a ticket, you get your own share link.
  2. If someone buys a ticket through your link, you may earn a referral reward.
  3. The promoter sets the reward. The amount is fixed at the time of your friend's purchase, so a change the promoter makes afterwards never affects a reward already earned.
  4. We pay rewards as money back to the card you used for your own order with that promoter.
  5. A reward can't be more than what's still refundable on that order; anything above that is added to your account as credit with that promoter.
  6. If we can't pay a reward as money back within 30 days of it being due, we add it as credit instead.
  7. Credit can only be used on tickets from the event, brand or promoter it came from.
  8. Credit expires 12 months after it's added.
  9. Credit can't be exchanged for cash.
  10. Depending on the order, part of it may need to be paid by card, so you may not always be able to use all your credit at once. Anything you don't use stays in your balance.
  11. Rewards are paid after the event. If your friend's order is refunded before then, no reward can be claimed for it. If it's refunded later, any unused credit from that reward is removed.
  12. Buying through your own link doesn't earn a reward.
